| | Conditions
We have to reserve the right to make any changes
to our programme with regard to course content, venues or facilitator
- there is only one Phil Shankland until the experiments in the
cellar are successful. Alternative arrangements are offered to
the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we cannot accept
responsibility for any costs incurred, including air fare. Please
ensure your insurance covers you for this.
The maximum size of the group for this course is 4 participants; the minimum is 2. If we do not have the required minimum by the booking deadline of
Friday 3 March 2006 we reserve the right to re-arrange for a future date and will inform people by Friday 10 March 2006 if this is the case.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking.
Full payment of the balance is required no later than Friday 3 March 2006. Provided there is space, bookings can be accepted until
one week before departure, but for bookings within four weeks of
departure, immediate payment of the full fee is required. Payment
must be made only in £ sterling, by a banker's draft drawn on
a UK clearing bank or by personal cheques payable to Oasys and
sent to:
Oasys
The Dower House
6 Ranmoor Crescent
Sheffield S10 3GU
If you cancel: (a) More than four weeks before departure, only
the deposit is forfeited. (b) Less than four weeks before departure,
the following percentage of the total fee is retained or payable,
even if the balance remains outstanding: 2 - 4 weeks: 40%; 1 -
2 weeks: 60%; less than one week: 100%. In many cases, cancellation
fees are covered by insurance.
Please check with your insurance company before booking. Notification
of the cancellation of the holiday must be given in writing to
us and to the flight company immediately - failure to do so may
prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refunds can be
made once participants are in their place of destination.
We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result
of any of the following: Cancellations, delays or changes caused
by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial
action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, or
other events beyond our control including those mentioned in the
preceding paragraph; Participants' medical or psychiatric conditions
which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; Loss of,
or damage to, personal property of participants.
Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you
are insured. Ensure your insurance covers you against having to
cancel for any reason, as well as for sickness, losses and the
usual risks, and including scuba diving if you intend to dive
with us.
