The Five Paths III starts on Thursday 22 April 2010 and costs 625 GBP.

The course fee includes:

Accommodation, breakfasts, drinks and evening meal on reception day and final evening, lunch at Casa Amatista on two days.
Being there cost - 480 GBP

Course costs - meditation walks and workbook materials, three group yoga sessions (OK - you don't HAVE to do the yoga but why miss out?), minibus travel to each Path, entrances to Timanfaya, Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua and La Fundacion, return ferry from Orzola to La Graciosa, transfer to airport for return flight.
Getting around cost - 145 GBP

Total cost - 625 GBP.

Expert facilitation and organisation - an optional contribution at the end - whether it is 5 euros or 500 pounds according to the level of value and fun you got out of the week. It's not very English or businesslike ... but I am happy with this and it allows people to join in for whom the fixed cost is already a stretch. If you would rather pay in advance the recommended amount is 200 pounds. And if at the end of The Five Paths it really didn't light your volcano - you can have your money back.

What is not included:

Return flight, car hire (but remember - there is only one 'day off' to buzz off in a car and discover the island. We cover pretty much of it together in the minibus on the other days), transfer from airport on arrival (easiest is to grab a taxi - about 25 euros to La Vegueta - why not share - we'll let you know who is arriving at about the same time - usually works well), lunches (except as above), evening meals (except as above), massages or other therapies, insurance.

Accommodation: Here's the arrangements: there are four comfortable apartments all located within the gardens of Casa Amatista with a shared private pool. Everyone will have a private bedroom - two apartments are shared, two are splendidly isolated and there's only one yurt. So if you fancy the yurt or the private apartments you'll have to be quick. The shared apartments have a living area and bathroom and separate bedrooms. If you are coming with a friend who you have already agreed to share with let us know here:
